MMIHS Student Secures Second Runner-Up Position in National AMR Heroes Talent Competition 2025
Manmohan Memorial Institute of Health Sciences (MMIHS) is proud to announce that Ms. Roshni Katwal, Bachelor of Public Health student nominated by the institution, has achieved the Second Runner-Up position in the AMR Heroes – Talent Competition 2025, organized by the Public Engagement Unit, OUCRU Nepal, as part of World AMR Awareness Week (WAAW) 2025.
The national-level event, held on 21 November 2025 at New Baneshwor, Kathmandu, brought together talented undergraduate and postgraduate students from various institutions to showcase creative performances aimed at raising awareness on Antimicrobial Resistance (AMR).
Ms. Katwal delivered an impressive creative act demonstrating strong advocacy, insight, and originality, earning recognition from the judging panel. Her achievement highlights the commitment of MMIHS students toward public health awareness and youth engagement in national health priorities.
